Rent payment

You are responsible for paying the rent on time. Our assumption is that you pay the rent by direct debit. Do you want to transfer the rent yourself on a monthly basis? Then you can submit a request to us. You can find our bank account number on our invoices.

Would you like to pay by direct debit? Please contact a.s.r. real estate. We will then collect your rent 5 days before the 1^st of the month.

By paying your rent by direct debit, you pay on time and don't have to worry about it:

• On the 1st of the month we debit the rent from your account. Do you have insufficient funds on your account at that time? Then there will be a 2^nd collection attempt on the 15^th of the month.
• Does the rent change, for example due to the annual rent increase? Then this is automatically processed in the direct debit.
• Do you disagree with the debit? Then you can have this amount refunded to your account. This is called reversing the payment. You arrange this online via your own bank.

With the tenancy agreement, we have agreed together that you will pay the rent in advance. So always make sure that you transfer the rent to us before the first of the month. Example: you pay the rent for the month of May in April.
