Inventory & check-in report

What does the inventory & check-in report say?
The inventory & check-in report will state how you found the property on the day on which your tenancy agreement takes effect. You then declare that the property is in good condition, without any serious defects. You also promise that you will leave the house in the same condition when you move out, after terminating your tenancy agreement.

Can I access a copy of my inventory & check-in report?
Yes, you can. The My Documents button below allows you to view all the documents that are part of your tenancy agreement.

Can I take a look at a floor plan of the property?
Yes, you can. View them (if applicable) through the My Documents button below. All artist impressions, sketches and other floor plans are only indicative. You cannot derive any rights from these sketches and images.
